Any advise if it's safe to visit mountainous area like Cingjing in Dec?

Any major concern of mudslide during this rainy season?

Yes, it is safe. Previous weather statistics indicate that the temperature varies between 54F and 68F. It rains sometimes, but not very often. Don't worry. Have fun!
