Career Progression and Promotion

Hi , I am OX(1973). I am not getting my promotion which is due and also I am not getting recognition for good work that I am doing somebody else takes the credit for it. Will there be a rescue in near future? Any remedy?

Unfortunately, there is no sign that you will be promoted in the rest of 2015. However, it's not the reason that you should give up. Perhaps, you'd better think why somebody else took the credit for the work you did. Sometimes, you need to establish a good relationship with your colleagues and even your leaders. And you need do something to let your leader know that you do well in your work.
