When will it reopen for tourists? We are visiting on 2nd week of November.What are the main attractions in Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade??

Yes, it's said that this scenic spot will reopen in 2018. So I'm afraid that you cannot visit there in November. In addition, the main attractions in Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade are HK Space Museum, HK Museum of Art, HK Cultural Centre and New World Centre.
