Hi, is there bus from Chengdu straight to Zamtang? and which station?

And is there Mianbaoche from Zamtang to Sertar?

Yes, but only one direct bus is scheduled daily. It leaves from Chadianzi Bus Station at 06:30. You may reach in 10-12h and the bus fare is CNY184 per person.

Mianbaoche/MVP are available from Zamtang to Sertar. But as the road condition is not good, so the charge is usually high. However, I am not clear about the cost.

If your destination is Sertar, there are direct buses from Chengdu Chadianzi Bus Station, leaving at 06:10, 06:15 and 06:20. It takes over 15 hours and the fare is CN231 or around.

I'd been to Sertar(also Larung Gar) last year. And would like to re-visit there.
As well as to new places on Tibetan plateau in Sichuan. But I'm on quite tight schedule. If mianbaoche is available from Zamtang to Sertar, i will not waste my time, stop by at Ma Er Kang.
