Yes, but only one direct bus is scheduled daily. It leaves from Chadianzi Bus Station at 06:30. You may reach in 10-12h and the bus fare is CNY184 per person. Mianbaoche/MVP are available from Zamtang to Sertar. But as the road condition is not good, so the charge is usually high. However, I am not clear about the cost. If your destination is Sertar, there are direct buses from Chengdu Chadianzi Bus Station, leaving at 06:10, 06:15 and 06:20. It takes over 15 hours and the fare is CN231 or around.

Many thanks, Annie.I'd been to Sertar(also Larung Gar) last year. And would like to re-visit there. As well as to new places on Tibetan plateau in Sichuan. But I'm on quite tight schedule. If mianbaoche is available from Zamtang to Sertar, i will not waste my time, stop by at Ma Er Kang.
