Hi, I am a Florida resident and a geeen card holder.Bec I am a Turkish citizen I have to go to Houston Consulate and apply in person for the tourist L type. My question is; once my L type is processed do I have to fly back to Houston again to pick it up or would they send it back to my FL address?
