So you wanna rent it for a long time? Well, I know the Kaiyan Universal Center Serviced, which is at no. 18-2, Yonghe Road, Nanchang District (close to East Yunhe Road). It has great accommodation conditions, great facilities and considerate service, but the charge is a little high. Alternatively, if you wanna rent one in a community, try to post your requirements on the Apartment/Houses Rental' board on the forum of Travel China Guide. Probably certain agent shall contact you soon.
