Hi! I'm afraid of cold but would like to go lijiang and shangrila. What clothing store should I prepare?

But when will you go there? If in Nov. - Dec. it will get cold there. The lowest temp even drops to -8C in Shangri-la and -1C in LJ. Do prepare enough warm clothing and gear, like down jackets, thick sweaters, long john, boots as well as gloves and scarves.1
