do many workers there speak english at kunming airport?

We are Americans flying to Cambodia via Changshui Airport and have a 19 hour layover there.  Will we be able to find our way around the airport easily from those who speak English?

As I know, most staff at the airport can speak basic English. In addition, there are many English signs that can help you find the direction. So don't worry.
