Sanya Airport to Blue Bay taxi price or pre planning

I'm going to arrive to there on Sunday evening around 19-30 and need to get to the Blue Bay resort.
Does anyone know if it's possible to pre book a car or how much a taxi would cost.

Do you refer to blue bay sea resort apartment?
If yes, you don't need to book it in advance. It's easy to get a taxi outside the airport. The cab fare is CNY 30 or around.

I'm going to GreenTown hotel so maybe taxi outside best way?

Is it safe to call a taxi in the airport? What should I pay attention to? Like call a taxi with uniform etc?

Yes, it is safe to take a taxi inside the airport. You need to follow the guiding signs to the official taxi stand beside Gate 3, 1F, Domestic Terminal. You will see many people are waiting in a queue. It is safe and sound. Don't worry. :)
