Does China allow Quinoa seed being brought to China as a gift

I will travel to China and I am going to bring some Quinoa to my mother as health gift. will China allow us bring this into China.

Qing, plant seeds are not allowed to enter. I am afraid that you can not take Quinoa seeds as gift.
