Hi does anyone can advise whether there is direct bus or train from Xijiang to Zhenyuan?

How much does it cost and the time factor?

Well, as I know, no direct bus or train operates between these two places.
You can take a coach from Xijiang Bus Station and get to Kaili Train Station first. It takes around an hour on the way. The ticket fare is about CNY 25.
Then take the direct train to Zhenyuan Railway Station. The train schedules are from 05:19 to 23:32. The travel time is about 1.5 hours. After that, take a taxi to the scenic area.
