Can somebody please tell me if it is possible to walk to Kunming Zoo from the railway station?

Is it too far to walk? If it is difficult to walk please let me know the number of the bus I should take from the railway station.

Well, the distance is about 3 miles. It's a long distance for walking.
So you are suggested to take bus no.83 to Gulou Road Station. Then walk northwest around 170 yards.
