hey, is it allowed carry 20 power banks in my carry own luggage from beijin airport?

Nowy, you can't take so many power banks. According to the law, you can take two at most. If their total capacity is less than 100wh, you needn't report the airline. If the capacity is between 100 and 160wh, you need to ask permission from your airline. Power banks whose capacity is more than 160wh are not allowed.
