Oh, you must refer to Grand Mercure Xian Renmin Square, right?
You can take airport shuttle bus line 5, get off at Jianguo Hotel first. It takes around an hour on the way. The ticket fare is CNY 25 per person. After that, take a taxi to your hotel directly. The cab fare is CNY 10 to 20 in the day time.
