About:Marriage Registration in China

Do I need to verify the Single Certificate

Hi, I plan to marry my Chinese partner in China next year. I obtained a single certificate in melbourne, Australia. Do I need to have this verified at the Chinese Embassy in Melbourne?

Yes, you should have it certified by your Ministry of Foreign Affairs and then bring it to Chinese embassy/consulate for authentication.
