Bike in bullet train

I would like to know if it is possible to carry bikes in the high speeds. if yes, must it be in a bag?

No, the bike cannot put in the carriage. You can arrange it like a checked luggage at the station. It wouldbe better if you can arrange it 1 day or 2 in advance so that it will arrive around your arrival.
