I am a Capricorn women, when will my true soulmate come into my life?

I was born on December 27 1996. There is a guy I currently like, I want to know if he will be in my future and if he is the one. He is a Virgo, September 15 1992.

Samantha, I can only tell that your zodiac signs are compatible. You have your right to chase your happiness. However, I can't tell that he will break up with his current GF.
