About:Hong Kong Airport Express

Is there free shuttle from HKIA to Kings De Nathan Hotel on Nathan Road or for Yau Ma Tei Station?

Well, there is no direct free shuttle bus for you to take.
So you can take bus no.A21 at Airport (Ground Transportation Centre), get off at Man Ming Lane, Nathan Road. Then walk south around 130 yards to find the hotel. The whole way takes around 55 mins. It costs 33 HKD per person.
