where to meet at chongqing airport?

We are 2 friends. One will will arrive with Finnair in terminal 1, the other with Air China in terminal 3. Where to meet us in order to take a taxi to the railway station to take the speed train ti Lichan?

Well, as I know, the T3 doesn't open to the public nowadays. Do you refer to T2? If yes, the distance between T1 and T2 is not far. You can easily find many taxies waiting outside the terminal buildings. So you can reach an agreement in advance, both in T1 or both in T2. Then find a taxi to go to the railway station.
