i am holding a Bolivia passport and going to Hong Kong via shanghai airport, do i need a visa ?

Hi Theresa! You don't need the entry permit for Hong Kong if you stay there for less than 30 days. As for Shanghai, if the layover time there does not exceed 24 hours, you don't need the entry permit either.
