We are planning a 2 week stay in July 2016, daughter is wanting to stay extra 4 weeks with her friend who is ex pat, now Canadian, with family in Beijing,  where they will be staying.   What requirements are needed,  her mother and I share joint custody.

Hi, all of you need to submit a set of application documents, which include a valid passport, a photocopy of the passport, and a fully completed application form attached with a recently-taken photo. In addition, you and your wife need to submit a copy of round-trip tickets and hotel reservations. Your daughter needs to submit an invitation letter from her friend, a photocopy of both parents' passports and a consent letter signed by both parents.
