i have now hepatitis b positive ....i can apply now china student visa? yes or no please answer me

Hello, ibrahi. No rule shows that people with hepatitis b positive would be refused to enter PRC. But in real practice, you might be refused and the school may do so, too. You are advised to contact with the school first and consult whether you can be accepted or not. Good Luck!
