Roger, if your country is on the list and you fly from HK to Hangzhou and then from Hangzhou to Seoul, you can make use of the free transit policy. You are right, when transiting in Hangzhou under the 72-hour transit rule, you are allowed to go other cities in Zhejiang Provincies, including Yiwu of course.

thanks Elisa!
If I fly same day from Hangzhou to Seoul, do I have to register to the police station? As I will not check in in any hotel...

If so, you don't need to register at the police station.
