About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

What is the PSB in chinese? Only capitals have it?

I am going back to China with my wife and son (born abroad), after arrive with Q1 visa we should apply for the Temporary Residence Permit, but we would like to know what is this organ in chinese and if only in Capitals have it.

PSB means Public Security Bureau in Chinese. PSB are actually reachable at cities and counties. Is it possible to tell me where you are and I can suggest the nearest PSB for you?
