Register marriage in China and singapore

My Son is going to marry a Chinese lady and he is in PRC how can he register his marriage in PRC and singapore

Mui, as far as I know, he can register his marriage only once. He can choose to register in PRC or Singapore. If he registers in PRC, he needs to notarize and authenticate his marriage certificate for future use before returning to Singapore.
