can you extend a working visa if someone has not left his country to china within 90 days?

Well, if you don't enter PRC before the "Enter Before" date shown on the Z type, you can't extend it but have to apply for a new one.0

Beofore you re-apply, you need to check whether the work permit and invitation letter you got from your employer are still valid. If yes, you can apply with the same documents.0
