Bus route to Western Hill and Dragon Gate

Can somebody please let me know the bus route to the hills and Dragon gate from Enjoying Hotel near the Kunming Railway Station?

From the hotel, you can walk south around 0.8 miles to arrive at Xinnan Station first. Then take bus no.51, get off at Gaoyao Station. After that, walk southeast around 330 yards to find the scenic area.
