job/career 2015-2016 should i stay at my current joblook for other opportunity

Question

I'm a female (earth Horse) born on November 29, 1978 at 8:40pm in Saigon Vietnam. I'm a web developer. I recently just get transferred back to work for my previous employer since July 2015. And it's been 3 months that they didn't assign me to work on any project at all; I have tried to ask for work and projects so many time but They didn't give me any work since they hired me back on July. Everyone get busy on projects and I have no work and no project. I feel they are ignoring me. I feel my career is unstable and bad this year. And I don't know why I'm in so much delimma this year when it comes to job and love life. I don't know if I should stay and be patience to wait for work; or just look for other opportunity? If so what's my career in 2015-2016?

I am sorry to hear this. Now that you have asked for many times and they still ignore you, why not leave? Your career luck is great. Just make a good resume and you can easily find a better job. You must wanna to accomplish your own value. Then move on!
