now I was just wondering what type I should apply for my family. How much is fee for each type? Do they need to provide a health examination evidence as well ?

Masoud, you can help them apply for the S1 type. It can be changed into long-term resident permit. Well, health check isn't required. As for the cost, please consult with the consular office.
