If I take ferry from zhuhai at 9.30 is OK?  Can I have direct check in for China airlines from zhuhai skipper service

Well, first of all, your airline cannot enjoy the pre check-in service. So you need to check-in at the Skypier. Generally speaking, you need to arrive at the airport 1.5 to 2 hours in advance. The ferry takes around 70 mins. The schedule at 09:30 is too late.
