My husband is monkey and myself is tiger, do we get match?

Paula, honestly your zodiac signs don't match very well. In your relationship, both side want to be the leader. Your marriage doesn't teach you to care for each other. You both just care about your own honor and success. If you want to make your relationship harmonious, both should learn to care the other side. Meanwhile, at least one of you should compromise. If she wants to be the leader, then let her be. It doesn't matter.

I am a Tiger and my husband a Monkey, although we have been married 45 years it has been very difficult, lots of arguments, I have found that I do 80% of all work, we do have our own business and there were many arguments all the time. As my husband has got older and just retired I have found he is mellowing and not blowing up as much. Best of luck, but it's very hard work.
