About:China Rail Pass

railpass?

Has China got an equivalent to the Japan Railpass. With that I was able to travel from Tokyo to Kyoto to Osaka to Hiroshima back to Tokyo and explore all cities on a space of two weeks. The great thing about the railpass was its value for money and the convienence to travel around Japan.
I want to do a similar adventure by starting from either Beijing to Shanghai to Gwangzhou to Hong Kong or vice versa.
I just wanted to know if there was such a thing that is equivalent the JRP and if so the point me in the right direction please. Much appreciated and thank you in advance.
