Buying luggage in Puxi Area of Shanghai

Where would the best shopping centre/mall be to buy an inexpensive, medium-sized, 'spinner' case?

You can go to New Jinpu Luggage City. Lots of shops there sell good quality bags with acceptable prices. It's located at Qipu Road, Hongkou District.

As I wanted to buy a case today I asked my hotel reception this morning and the girl suggested the Tao Bao Chenj building at 580 Nanjing Road West. This is a 4 storey building with roughly, approx 40-50 small 'shops' on each level selling all sorts of 'copy' products, like watches, scarfs, shirts, shoes, ladies bags, coats, Blue-tooth speakers, head-phones, and of course luggage.

I bought a medium sized 'spinner' case for ¥250, probably of dubious quality, but it only has to get back to Australia in one-piece!
