Also, you say the bus runs very frequently there...am I to assume the same frequency back?  I do need to be back at the main train station by 5pm.  Thank you.

It is located at No. 39, Jianchang Road. When you get back from Jixian, you should take bus from Jixian Bus Station. It departs every 20 minutes from 04:09 to 14:00 and every 10 minutes from 14:00 to 18:00. For your reference only. The schedules might be adjusted time to time.
