Which cable car to take for east peak, Mt. Huashan?

Hi
I'll be teaching HS North station at 5:30 pm , earliest train I could catch.
I have booked hotel at dongfeng hotel in east peak
I'm wondering,
Which cable car should I take to reach the east peak ?
2. What are the timings for the cable car?
3. Is it safe to climb at night ?
4. How long will the hike be from cable car to the hotel?

I'm not too sure about how the hiking goes in dark so can someone give me a quick reply please
Thank you

No cable car leads to the Dongfeng (East peak) directly, and I suggest you take the west peak cable car, and then hike to east peak directly. The operation hours of the cable car is 07:00-19:00 from March 1 to November 30, and 09:00 - 17:00 from December 1 to end of next February. The cable car duration is about 21 mins.

It will be quite safe to climb at night, there are stairs and chains, as well as raod lamps. Many people climb at night to catch the sunrise view. Don’t worry about it.

The hiking from the west peak cable car station to the hotel is about 1.5 hours. At last, to catch the cable car, it is best to take a taxi from the rail station directly to the lower station.
