How to get Osotto Recreation Hotel (or Culture Park station) from Baiyun Airport at 23:00-23:30?

and if you know, how much it will cost?

Upon landing, you can take airport shuttle bus line 5, and get off at Haizhu Plaza.
The shuttle bus will operate until 01:00 next day.
Then take a taxi to your hotel directly. The fare is around CNY 20 for both airport shuttle and cab.

That's the best way. The bus ticket price is 21 rmb, and taxi was 13 rmb.
