how I get from changsha airport to xiangya central south university. and cost for the taxi?

By public transportation: take shuttle bus to the main rail station (Civil Aviation Hotel). Walk to Changdao Lukou bus stop to take bus no. 118 and get off at Xiangya 3rd Hospital. Then you can see the school on the opposite of the street. The whole way costs CNY17.5

By taxi: It takes 30-40min and the cost is CNY80-90.
