MTR can be the best way to go. Walk or take the hotel free shuttle bus to Disneyland MTR Station. Take Disney Resort line to Sunny Bay, and transfer to Tung Chung line. You need to get off at Laiking, where transfer to Tsuen Wan line to Mongkok Station. Take exit E2 and walk south along Nathan Road to find your hotel.0

Sorry, my mistake. I meant Tsim Sha Tsui Station on Tsuen Wan line. You are right!0

It is also fine to take Disneyland to Sunny Bay and transfer to Tung Chung line. Get off at Nam Cheong and transfer to West Rail Line. You need to drop off at East TST. Leave exit L4 and your hotel is right next to you.0
