Where to stay in Hong Kong? Hotels/Inn, etc

Hi! We will be visiting from Oct 22-26, however we haven't booked a place yet. We are a family of 3 and we are on a budget travel. What places can you suggest for us to stay? Hopefully we can find a decent room in decent/safe environment.
