when can i expect to be able to book tickets for the newly opened lanxin second railway

Hello. When can I expect to be able to book tickets for the newly opened LanXin second railway line CRH between Urumqi and Lanzhou via Xining in Qinghai province? What about the prices Urumqi-Xining Xining-Lanzhou and Urumqi-Lanzhou?

If by high speed rail line, in fact there are D type available between theses places already. Urumqi to Xining would be about CNY490 and Xining to Lanzhou would be about CNY60 and Urumqi to Lanzhou would be about CNY550. You can check there D type on this website.
