Is bus service available to travel from HKIA to Tai PO N.T ?

Yes, but you need to transfer.
You can take bus no. E41, get off at Kwong Fuk Estate. Then transfer to bus no. 72A to Chung Tsai Yuen. The duration is about 95 mins. The ticket fare is 19.7 HKD per person. After that, walk north around 300 yards to find the destination.
