Banqiao to Jiayi?

Hello, my friends and I are trying to do an overnight trip to see the clouds from Ali Mountain. We found a train that will get us from Banqiao to Jiayi station by 4:00am. I read that there is a tourist shuttle bus we can take to the mountain area. Do you know what time the bus runs? Would we make it up in time to see the sunrise?
