the operation hours of octopus card counter in hkia

I will arrive at HK Airport at night. around 00.30When will the counter close ? and if the counter is closed before i get there where can i buy the card around the airport ? because i has to get on the bus to the city or i have to pay for a bus by cash to the city first then i can buy the octopus in the MTR station in the next day?

As I know, the service counter would be closed according to the last schedule of Airport Express. It's around 00:48. So I'm afraid that you cannot catch. But don't worry. You can still buy this card at 7-Eleven Convenient Store (24h service) inside the airport. After that, you can take overnight bus to go to downtown area.
