Hey, Zhou people dwelled in Qishan County of Shaanxi Province. Ji Chang who defeated King Zhou of Shang Dynasty and established Zhou Dynasty and chose Hao Jing (today's Chang'an District in Xian of Shaanxi) as the capital.
