About:Baggage Allowance for Chinese Domestic Flights

what food products can i take into china? Marmite? tea bags? packet soup? cheese? etc

Steve, except cheese, you can take Marmite, tea bags and packet soup. But you should bear in mind that fresh fruits and vegetables, cooked or uncooked meat are not allowed.
