Can a Moroccan Passport holder get VOA at Shenzhen?

I already got Chinese visa once from Morocco emabssy last year, is it possible to apply for VOA at Shenzhen border? If yes, and If I get in on Oct 28th in the evening arround 20H00 is it possible to stay untill 2nd November (arround 18H00)?

Samir, I think it's too risky to apply for the VOA. You had better apply for a normal entry permit in advance in case that you are refused to enter.
