About:FAQ on China Postal Service

Status of parcel- what does this mean?

I ordered from Aliexpress & it has now been over days! Have done a track on here 7 this is the result:

Guangzhou Exchange Office Opened. what does this mean?

Diana, the status means that your parcel went through the security check before it was sent to you. Usually, the customs do spot checks before letting the goods are loaded up on the plane. If everything is ok, you should see a new status "departed from XXX Airport". This new status shows that your parcel is sent to you.
