About:Couple's Retreat Garden

VOA for Macau

Hi I'm from Timor Leste but currently studying in NZ with a student Visa. Do I need to apply for an entry permit in my country before arriving in Macao? Or can I apply upon my arrival? Planning to stay there for less than 5 days.
