Would like to know the train time from Keelung Badu Station to Hualian and from Hualian to Taipei .

Well, no train operates from Keelung Bada Station to Hualian. You need to take coach to Ruifang first and then take direct train to Hualian. The train schedules are from 07:11 to 21:53.
From Hualian to Taipei, direct trains depart from 06:03 to 22:10 with the interval of 30 to 40 mins. It takes around 2 hours.0
