I need to know if there are retail outlets that sell SIM cards for tourists at the airport itself

As I know, in the airport, there is no SIM card for selling, so I suggest you buy it in the downtown area.

I got to know somehow that there were counters at the airport. When had you travelled?

I traveled there last Sep. Things may change now. You can dial 86-0871-96566 to consult the airport directly though.

last time I visited on Jan-2015.there were two counters selling SIM cards. (two different telecom companies)Adel.
